I am currently not accepting insurance. I am able to provide a receipt of services or Superbill if needed.

Please contact your insurance company to get information on reimbursement for out of network mental health coverage.

Life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. Please contact me within 48hrs of your appointment to reschedule or cancel.

Appointments canceled within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment will be subject to the full fee of your appointment.
