Welcome to my practice, and thank you so much for trusting me with your story. My hope, as your therapist, is to foster a collaborative relationship that will encourage you to write the next chapters of your life.

In our conversations, I will learn about you and your hopes for your future in order to support you, challenge you, and help you make the changes that will highlight the parts of yourself you wish to share with the world.

I provide culturally competent care, and have extensive experience working with the Latinx communityI speak English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently and offer services in all three languages. I studied English and Psychology at the University of California, Davis, and went on to get my Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of New Hampshire. I am licensed through the Board of Behavioral Sciences (License #413631).
